1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and InnovateMe LLC, doing business as Greeley Ride Service (“GRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing GreeleyRideService.com, joining the Priority List, submitting a form, calling or texting us, using a referral feature, requesting transportation, or otherwise interacting with GRS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms, or act as the parent, guardian, caregiver, or authorized representative of a rider. If you act for another person, you represent that you have authority to provide information, request communications, and make transportation arrangements on that person's behalf.

2. Company and Service Status

GRS is an independent, Colorado-based non-emergency transportation company. During launch and pre-launch phases, some offerings may consist only of information, demand assessment, the Priority List, callbacks, referrals, and future-service updates.

GRS is not a healthcare provider, ambulance service, emergency medical transportation service, health plan, insurer, licensed insurance broker, benefits counselor, Medicaid or Medicare administrator, transportation broker, or government agency. GRS is not affiliated with Health First Colorado, Medicare, any insurer, hospital, clinic, physician, or government agency unless expressly stated in writing.

3. No Emergency Use

Do not use GRS, its website, text line, forms, chatbot, or Priority List for emergencies, urgent medical conditions, or situations requiring immediate clinical attention. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

GRS does not monitor every communication continuously and cannot guarantee immediate responses.

4. Priority List

The Priority List is a communication and demand-planning tool. It may provide launch updates, educational resources, announcements, callback opportunities, and information about potential future availability.

Joining the Priority List is not a ride request, reservation, confirmed booking, eligibility decision, authorization, transportation benefit, service contract, or guarantee of transportation.

GRS may contact people on the list in any order based on service area, route fit, accessibility, scheduling, operational readiness, payment pathway, safety, vehicle availability, or other legitimate business considerations. A displayed position or tier does not create a legally enforceable priority.

5. Transportation Availability and Confirmation

Transportation is subject to driver, vehicle, route, schedule, service-area, accessibility, payment, authorization, weather, road, safety, and operational availability. GRS may accept, decline, modify, reschedule, or cancel a request where reasonably necessary.

A ride is confirmed only when GRS provides explicit confirmation identifying the ride or when a written booking record in an authorized GRS system shows confirmed status. Automated acknowledgments, form receipts, estimates, waitlist messages, proposed times, or preliminary conversations are not confirmations.

Pickup and arrival times may be estimates. Traffic, weather, previous trips, vehicle issues, rider needs, road closures, and other conditions may cause delays. Riders remain responsible for confirming appointments and maintaining reasonable backup transportation for time-sensitive or medically critical appointments.

To the extent permitted by law, GRS is not responsible for missed appointments, delayed treatment, lost wages, substitute transportation costs, or other losses resulting from unavailability, delay, rescheduling, or cancellation.

6. Rider and Representative Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about pickup location, destination, timing, mobility device, accessibility needs, rider size or securement considerations when relevant, attendants, service animals, and payment pathway.
  • Notify GRS promptly of changes, cancellations, contagious illness concerns, unsafe conditions, or information that may affect transportation.
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and ensure lawful, reasonably safe access for the vehicle.
  • Use seat belts, wheelchair securement systems, and other required safety equipment.
  • Treat drivers, riders, staff, vehicles, and property respectfully and refrain from threats, harassment, violence, illegal activity, smoking, vaping, or conduct that creates an unsafe environment.
  • Secure personal property and bring only items that can be safely transported.
  • Arrange any medically necessary attendant, personal care, oxygen management, medication assistance, or clinical supervision that GRS has not expressly agreed to provide.

GRS is not responsible for personal care, medication administration, lifting beyond trained and authorized assistance, or clinical monitoring unless expressly agreed in writing and legally permitted.

7. Accessibility, Mobility Devices, and Safety

GRS seeks to provide dignified service and reasonable access within the capabilities of available vehicles, equipment, trained personnel, and applicable safety requirements. You must disclose material device dimensions, weight, condition, securement needs, batteries, oxygen, or other factors that may affect safe transport.

GRS may refuse or discontinue a trip when a vehicle, mobility device, location, rider condition, passenger conduct, weather, road, or other circumstance presents a safety risk or cannot be accommodated lawfully and safely. Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided by applicable disability-access laws.

8. Payment, Benefits, and Third-Party Coverage

Prices, payment terms, cancellation charges, wait-time charges, mileage, and other fees may be provided separately and may vary by trip, payer, service type, distance, timing, and operational requirements. You are responsible for charges not paid by an authorized third party.

Information about Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, private insurance, brokers, reimbursement, or transportation benefits is general information only and is not a coverage determination, legal advice, insurance advice, or guarantee of payment.

You are responsible for verifying eligibility, covered destinations, prior authorization, required scheduling windows, mileage limits, copayments, and other rules directly with the applicable plan, broker, agency, or payer. GRS may require proof of authorization or payment before confirming service.

9. Communications Consent

By providing contact information and consent, you authorize GRS and vendors acting on our behalf to contact you by call, voicemail, text, and email regarding your inquiry, Priority List participation, launch updates, service availability, ride operations, customer service, educational information, and GRS offerings. Automated technology may be used where permitted by law. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing transportation.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or use another reasonable method to revoke consent. Email recipients may use the unsubscribe method provided. Opt-out requests may not prevent necessary non-marketing messages about an active request, confirmed trip, safety issue, legal notice, or the processing of the opt-out itself.

10. Referral Features

GRS may offer share links, referral codes, positions, progress indicators, or labels such as Standard, Priority, or Founding status. These are promotional and engagement features only.

The referral feature is not a lottery, sweepstakes, contest, prize promotion, transportation reservation, or guarantee. GRS may audit, correct, combine, reset, suspend, or remove referral activity involving duplicates, automation, fraud, manipulation, misleading promotion, or abuse. GRS may modify or discontinue the feature at any time.

11. Website, Guides, and Third-Party Content

Website content, guides, FAQs, service-area descriptions, benefit information, maps, estimates, and other materials are provided for general informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular situation.

Links to clinics, government agencies, insurers, social networks, brokers, maps, or other third parties are provided for convenience. GRS does not control or endorse third-party content, policies, availability, security, or services and is not responsible for them.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, forms, communications, referral tools, or services; submit false identities or requests; interfere with systems; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or copy data at scale; upload malware; impersonate another person; harass staff or riders; use GRS for unlawful activity; or manipulate referrals, reviews, payment, eligibility, or transportation records.

13. Service Changes, Refusal, and Suspension

GRS may add, modify, limit, relocate, expand, reduce, suspend, or discontinue service areas, vehicles, schedules, features, referral programs, websites, communications, guides, pricing, or service offerings. We may refuse or discontinue access or transportation for safety concerns, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, policy violations, operational constraints, or other lawful reasons.

Where practical, we will communicate material changes affecting a confirmed trip. No provision requires GRS to continue a pre-launch program or offer transportation in any specific location.

14. Intellectual Property

The GRS name, logos, website, copy, photographs, graphics, guides, forms, software, referral systems, and other content are owned by GRS or its licensors and protected by law. GRS grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access the website for personal, lawful, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works without written permission, except as allowed by law.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, Priority List, referral tools, communications, guides, estimates, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” GRS disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and results.

We do not warrant that a rider will qualify for a benefit, receive authorization, obtain a specific vehicle or driver, arrive by a particular time, or receive service without delay or interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRS and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and vendors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of income, opportunity, data, goodwill, or use; missed appointments; delayed treatment; substitute transportation; or third-party conduct arising from or related to the website, Priority List, communications, referrals, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRS's aggregate liability arising from a particular event will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to GRS for the specific service giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable rights.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GRS and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and vendors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, false or unauthorized information submitted about another person, misuse of the website or referral tools, or damage caused by property or items you bring into a vehicle. This section does not require indemnification for GRS's own negligence or misconduct where prohibited by law.

18. Force Majeure

GRS is not responsible for delay, interruption, cancellation, or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, wildfire, flood, public emergency, epidemic, labor disruption, fuel shortage, road closure, traffic incident, vehicle breakdown, utility or network outage, cyberattack, government action, civil disturbance, or failure of a third-party platform or transportation partner.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a lawsuit, you and GRS agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by sending written notice describing the issue and requested resolution to info@greeleyrideservice.com and allowing at least 30 days for a response, unless immediate relief is legally necessary.

Subject to applicable law and any court with mandatory jurisdiction, claims shall be brought in the state or federal courts serving Weld County, Colorado, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using small-claims court where eligible or reporting concerns to a regulator.

20. General Terms

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. GRS may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, restructuring, sale, transfer, or operation of the business.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any ride-specific written terms or payment agreement form the entire agreement concerning the subject matter and supersede prior statements. If ride-specific written terms conflict with these Terms, the ride-specific terms control for that transaction.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, and records electronically where permitted. Electronic records and signatures may have the same effect as paper records and handwritten signatures.
