1. Scope and Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how InnovateMe LLC, doing business as Greeley Ride Service (“GRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit GreeleyRideService.com, join our Priority List, submit a form, call or text us, communicate by email, use a referral link, respond to advertising, or otherwise interact with us.
GRS is a Colorado-based, non-emergency transportation company preparing to provide transportation and transportation-support services in Greeley, Weld County, the I-76 corridor, and surrounding communities.
GRS is not an emergency medical transportation provider, healthcare provider, health plan, insurance company, licensed insurance broker, benefits counselor, Medicaid or Medicare administrator, transportation broker, or government agency. Call 911 in an emergency.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact information: name, phone number, email address, preferred language, and mailing address if voluntarily provided.
- Transportation information: general pickup and destination areas, requested dates or schedules, ride frequency, mobility or accessibility needs, wheelchair or scooter type, need for an attendant, general appointment category, preferred communication method, and payment category.
- Caregiver or representative information: relationship to a rider, contact details, and information submitted on another person's behalf.
- Priority List and referral information: signup source, referral code, referring person or campaign, tier, position, share activity, form source, landing page, and campaign parameters.
- Communications: calls, voicemails, text messages, emails, chat content, callback requests, feedback, complaints, and customer-service notes.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, timestamps, cookie identifiers, consent choices, permitted Meta Pixel events, analytics events, and UTM parameters.
- Transaction and service information: quotes, invoices, payment status, ride status, service history, and related records if paid transportation becomes available.
Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for us to respond, evaluate service fit, or coordinate transportation.
3. Sources of Information
We may receive information directly from you; from a caregiver, family member, authorized representative, clinic, facility, referral partner, transportation broker, or payer acting with appropriate authority; automatically through our website and advertising technologies; and from vendors that support forms, communications, analytics, hosting, customer relationship management, payment processing, or transportation operations.
If you submit information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and to receive communications concerning the transportation request.
4. How We Use Information
- Operate and manage the Priority List and referral features.
- Respond to questions, messages, and callback requests.
- Learn about demand, accessibility needs, service areas, and recurring transportation patterns.
- Evaluate whether we may be able to serve a rider and communicate potential availability.
- Coordinate, schedule, confirm, modify, or cancel transportation when service is available.
- Send operational, customer-service, launch, educational, promotional, and follow-up communications consistent with your choices.
- Maintain records, prevent fraud or misuse, protect riders and drivers, and improve safety.
- Measure website performance, advertising, outreach, and referral activity.
- Develop, test, improve, and secure our website, forms, automations, and future digital products.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, legal process, and insurance requirements.
5. Legal and Business Purposes
We process personal information as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, respond to you, operate our business, protect safety and security, comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, and pursue our legitimate business interests. Where consent is required, we rely on the consent you provide and you may withdraw it as permitted by law.
6. Priority List and Referrals
Joining the Priority List allows us to provide launch updates, service announcements, transportation information, and potential early-access opportunities. It is not a ride request, reservation, eligibility decision, benefit determination, or guarantee of transportation.
We may generate a referral code or link. Referral positions and tiers are engagement tools only. They do not create a contractual right, guaranteed priority, guaranteed ride, benefit, prize, or compensation. We may correct suspected errors, fraud, duplicate signups, or misuse and may modify or discontinue the referral feature.
7. Calls, Texts, and Emails
When you provide a phone number or email address and consent through a form, call, text, or other interaction, you authorize GRS and service providers acting on our behalf to send communications related to your inquiry, the Priority List, launch updates, transportation availability, customer service, and GRS offerings. Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing transportation.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may also use any reasonable method to revoke consent. Reply HELP for help or contact us directly. Email messages may include an unsubscribe option.
Even after a marketing opt-out, we may send non-marketing communications necessary to respond to an active request, address safety, document an opt-out, or provide legally required notices.
We do not sell your phone number or email address to unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing.
8. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use local storage and similar tools for needed site functions, such as saving your language, privacy choices, and any transportation plan you choose to save on your own device. These needed tools do not require you to accept optional analytics or advertising cookies.
When you first visit, optional analytics and advertising tools are off. You may accept all optional cookies, reject them, or choose each category. You may change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer.
Cookie categories
- Needed: keeps the site working and saves choices you make on your device.
- Analytics: may help us understand which pages people use and how the site performs. We use Google Tag Manager as a tag container. It loads only after analytics or advertising consent is given. Analytics tags delivered through it must follow the visitor's consent choice.
- Advertising: allows the Meta Pixel to load and measure general website and campaign events. The Meta Pixel remains off unless advertising consent is given.
We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, quiz answers, trip types, mobility needs, Medicaid information, locations, or personalized result types to Meta or Google through browser tracking events.
Our website may also use hosting, form, automation, email, and communications providers to operate the site and process information you choose to submit. Those providers handle information under their own terms, privacy practices, and agreements with GRS.
You may also limit cookies through browser settings, device controls, advertising-platform controls, or a recognized universal opt-out mechanism where applicable. Blocking needed browser storage may affect language settings, saved plans, or other site features.
9. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information:
- To vendors that provide hosting, forms, CRM, automation, analytics, advertising, email, text messaging, phone, payment, security, dispatch, mapping, and operational support.
- To transportation brokers, payers, facilities, clinics, caregivers, representatives, or partners when reasonably necessary to evaluate, coordinate, authorize, or provide a requested ride and when legally permitted.
- To professional advisers, insurers, auditors, banks, and legal or regulatory authorities.
- To protect safety, prevent fraud, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, or comply with law or legal process.
- In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
- With your direction or consent.
Service providers are authorized to use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
10. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
GRS does not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activities may be treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under certain privacy laws because identifiers or internet activity may be disclosed to advertising partners.
Where applicable, you may opt out by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer, contacting us at info@greeleyrideservice.com with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out,” or using available browser or platform controls. We will also honor recognized universal opt-out signals where required.
We do not knowingly use sensitive data for targeted advertising or sell sensitive data.
11. Transportation and Health-Adjacent Information
Transportation requests may reveal mobility needs, appointment categories, clinic locations, or other health-adjacent information. We use such information only as reasonably necessary for transportation planning, service evaluation, safety, customer support, legal compliance, or as otherwise disclosed in this Policy.
Do not send medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, Social Security numbers, Medicaid or Medicare identification numbers, insurance policy numbers, financial account credentials, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms, ordinary email, or text unless we specifically request it through an approved process.
HIPAA applies only to covered entities and business associates in defined circumstances. GRS is not necessarily a HIPAA-covered entity merely because transportation relates to medical care. If GRS enters a relationship that makes it a business associate, protected health information will be handled under the applicable agreement and law.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including managing the Priority List, responding to inquiries, providing or documenting transportation, maintaining safety and business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, satisfying legal, tax, insurance, and contractual obligations, and preventing fraud.
Retention periods vary by record type, operational need, legal requirement, and relationship status. We may retain minimal suppression records after an opt-out so we can honor your preference.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, vendor management, data minimization, and secure transmission where supported. No website, network, storage system, email, or text message is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe information you provided has been compromised, contact us promptly.
14. Colorado Privacy Rights
Subject to applicability, exceptions, and verification requirements under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents may have rights to:
- Confirm whether we process personal data and access that data.
- Correct inaccuracies.
- Delete personal data provided by or obtained about them.
- Receive certain data in a portable format.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, certain sales of personal data, and qualifying profiling.
- Appeal a denied privacy request.
Submit a request to info@greeleyrideservice.com with the subject “Colorado Privacy Request,” or call or text (970) 614-4635. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to reasonably verify the request. We may ask for additional verification and may deny requests where permitted by law.
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, but we may require proof of authority and verification of the consumer. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also contact the Colorado Attorney General if you remain dissatisfied.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
15. Children's Privacy
Our website and Priority List are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver may contact us regarding transportation for a minor. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
16. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to clinics, government resources, insurers, transportation brokers, social networks, mapping services, or other third parties. We do not control their privacy, security, accuracy, or availability. Review their policies before providing information.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as our services, technologies, vendors, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email, or text where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means the revised Policy applies to future interactions.
