Open to legal residents of Weld County, Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside within the GRS service area. Employees, contractors, and agents of Greeley Ride Service and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Greeley Ride Service reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Entries from ineligible individuals will be disqualified.
This is a one-time, limited promotional offer. The promotion period begins on the date of first publication and continues until all five (5) complimentary rides have been awarded and scheduled, or until Greeley Ride Service announces the promotion has ended — whichever comes first. The sponsor may end, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion, without notice or liability.

One entry per person. Entries with duplicate names, phone numbers, or email addresses will be disqualified. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are not permitted. Greeley Ride Service is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries.
Five (5) complimentary one-way transportation rides will be awarded as part of this promotion. Each complimentary ride is estimated at approximately $40–$90 in value, based on pickup location, destination, and route, within the GRS primary service area.
Rides have no cash value and are non-transferable. Rides are subject to vehicle availability, driver availability, scheduling availability, and service area. Complimentary rides must be scheduled and completed within sixty (60) days of winner notification or the prize is forfeited.
Complimentary rides do not include: insurance billing of any kind, Medicaid or Medicare coordination, guaranteed recurring service, or any medical services. Greeley Ride Service is a private transportation service and is not a healthcare provider, ambulance service, or emergency medical service.
This is not a random drawing, lottery, raffle, or game of chance. Five (5) individuals will be selected by Greeley Ride Service at its sole discretion based on one or more of the following criteria: transportation need, scheduling availability, service area compatibility, vehicle availability, and operational fit.
Submission of an entry does not guarantee selection. The number of entries received does not affect the selection process. Greeley Ride Service's selection decisions are final and not subject to appeal or review.
Selected individuals will be contacted by phone call, text message, or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Selected individuals have seven (7) calendar days from the date of first contact to respond and confirm acceptance of the complimentary ride. Failure to respond within seven (7) days will result in forfeiture and an alternate individual may be selected.
Greeley Ride Service is not responsible for failed, missed, or undelivered notifications due to incorrect contact information provided by the entrant.
By entering, participants agree that Greeley Ride Service and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for: (a) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance or use of any complimentary ride; (b) any technical failures, errors, or malfunctions affecting entry submission; (c) any cancellation, modification, or termination of the promotion.
Greeley Ride Service's total liability to any participant in connection with this promotion shall not exceed the value of a single complimentary ride as described in Section 5.
Participants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, in connection with this promotion.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a complimentary ride constitutes permission for Greeley Ride Service to use the selected individual's first name, city of residence, and general experience for promotional purposes across any media, without additional compensation.
No personal health information, medical details, full name, or identifying photographs will be used without separate written consent.
Entry information is collected solely by Greeley Ride Service and will not be sold to third parties. Information collected may be used to follow up about transportation services in Weld County and to send updates, offers, and relevant promotions. You may opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email.
